We're a United States-based agency that is rapidly growing. We partner with roofing companies in the United States to help them achieve their growth through digital advertising, lead generation, and appointment booking.
As an Account Manager, you will be an essential part of each client's account. You will oversee all leads and communication that occur within our GoHighLevel platform, ensuring homeowners are getting the best service possible. You will also help our agency with outbound prospecting including cold
To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Do The Following:
You will be in charge of all the leads generated from client campaigns/projects. You'd act as an account manager for each client and manage all leads and opportunities, ensuring they are tracked properly and managed in GoHighLevel
Have great organizational skills to ensure leads are being followed up and responded to in a timely manner
Manage and evaluate client campaigns on an ongoing basis
Have great communication skills, both written and verbal, to make phone calls and respond to our client’s customers
Your job is to manage multiple client accounts and ensure leads are being scheduled and communicated with properly
Work alongside our team to prospect for new clients using outbound methods such as cold
Manage and review all leads generated for each client account.
Actively engage and participate in weekly team meetings and other team activities (as COVID and your location allow!)

Qualifications:
MUST BE EXTREMELY PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION - both verbal and written
2-5 years of professional account management experience, handling multiple clients, agency experience a huge plus
1-3 years experience using the GoHighLevel platform
Interpersonal skills and patience to work with a variety of clients.
Ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Exceptional organizational skills and ATTENTION to detail
Ability to multitask and balance a variety of project timelines
Willingness to learn and be open to new experiences
Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent time management
Empathetic team player with excellent listening skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be prepared with solutions, and not be afraid to make decisions
Working hours are 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time
