This role’s main function will be to work in partnership and support the CEO on various tasks. As the assistant continues to gain knowledge in more areas of the business, the role will continue to expand and evolve.
Experience with Credit Repair Cloud platform
Create Client Dispute Letters (US Credit)
Pull Client Credit Reports
Contact leads through social media to schedule appointments
Contact potential affiliates to set up phone calls or meetings
Email
Respond to common customer questions
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through inbound and outbound calls
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Other required skills:
