JOB OVERVIEW

We are a production studio based in Miami Florida. We are looking for a full time VA interested in helping support our team. The right person for this job is someone who is highly organized, a self starter and willing to learn/grow. This job will have slow and fast days. On slow days we expect you to look for ways you can help make our team, process, and information better. On busy days we expect you to know us, our systems, and help us make it happen.

The job is 4am to 1pm Monday through Friday (PH time). Primarily this position is managing the late, last minute client emails, shoot changes, and items we could not address during the day for our studio in the US. At the beginning of your shift you would meet with our production coordinator to review what has occurred, what needs to be addressed, etc. At the end of the shift you would put together a recap of what occurred, how you addressed it and what the production coordinator should be aware of/address when they start their day.

Responsibilities would include:
-Managing emails
-Organizing/Making schedules adjustments for our videographers, grips and producers.
-Manage/Update shoot details
-Check for missing information
-Create/cleanup summaries of meetings
-Create transcripts of interviews

Requirements:
-Be an effective and efficient communicator
-Must have a solid internet connection and computer.
-Knowledge of email, Google Docs, project management programs (like Monday, Trello, Asana)
-Experience and an understanding of production practices and lingo
-Ability to communicate professionally in English via phone, email and text.
-Be semi-tech savvy to learn new things
-Be resourceful to address issues as they come up.
-Demonstrate reliability, honesty, communicate when you don’t fully understand the task and/or solution

Bonus (This is not required)
-Ability to edit proficiently in Adobe Premiere
-Producer/Script Writing Experience
-Production/Project Coordinator Experience
