JOB ROLE

Are you a people person with a knack for selling? Love turning a NO into a YES? We’re looking for the next up-and-coming salespeople to join our Brisbane CBD team.

As a member of our sales team, you will follow up on warm and cold leads for Solar, Batteries, and Maintenance plans. This role will involve building strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service and an overall understanding of your product. As one of our sales representatives, you will be trained in implementing over-the-phone sales tactics to close the sale.

This is a Contract position (approx. 12-38 hours), with opportunities for permanency to the right candidate. Must be available during corporate hours, 10 am – 6 pm.

The workplace is a fast-paced, upbeat environment with friendly support staff and career-motivated individuals. We are a tight-knit team. WE ARE not your average call center – we aim at creating a positive work environment where YOU feel good & motivated to come into work.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

DESIRABLE QUALITIES

Well Spoken, Polite, Professional – Tonal Control
Confidence people person
Resilient attitude and ability to ignore previous objections/failures & setbacks.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

At least six months outbound calling experience in a call center
Fluency in English – both written & spoken
Excellent negotiation skills
You have achieved KPI's in the past.
Ability to work and excel in a team
Sales Experience in any form is will be highly regarded
