YouTube Video Editor for Highly Engaging Vids

I have a finance YouTube channel and I'm looking for a long-term video editor that is SKILLED enough to do videos like these:

Notice how both videos have smooth edits and chose some really good clips to keep the audience hooked for the entire video. Also those videos have some animations to better demonstrate and match with the voiceover, or news scenes to let audience continue to be engaged instead of keep letting them watching stock footages.

Requirements:
1) Know what kind of edits or scenes to stitch together for a smooth video
2) Will really put in efforts to make the video as engaging as possible
3) Able to produce 3-4 videos per week
4) Honest and able to respond promptly
