As a Konsyg operations Manager/ Executive, you will be helping us to generate new prospects and overseeing the training and development of the current team in order to upkeep the ops you'll have a fantastic opportunity to work in an international sales environment focusing on tech sales.
Responsibilities
2-5 years experience in generating leads
Experience in managing the Operations for B2B sales
Experience in QA for Prospecting
Experience in
Knowledge of lead generating tools and processes
Excellent command over the spreadsheet and excel handling
Responsible for conducting research to identify potential prospects.
Experience in using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information.
Good English language skills both written and spoken
Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle
Providing training and analyzing the gaps of the manpower
Identify the training needs of manpower and develop Coaching plans
Producing reports to show productivity
Skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Team Player and hunger for sales/lead generation.
Eye for automation
Hands-on experience in lead generating tools like Apollo., sales navigator, snov.
Experience in handling spreadsheets and G-suite applications.
Ability to think-outside-of-the-box in terms of communication method
Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
