Telemarketing for Insurance

Want telemarketing services to call US based clients for interest in insurance quote ( home, auto, life ). Once client is interested the telemarketer would transfer the call to US based insurance agent. I also need the telemarketer to generate the list to call. They need to be auto or home owners in the state of Texas in US.
