You will have an administrative assistant background, qualified in business or accounts, with prior experience in using a billing system, preferably a telecommunications billing system for the ordering and processing of recurring monthly access fees and usage charges for phone and internet services, skilled in the use of Xero and be willing to process new customer orders, manage the onboarding process, ensure the billing system has the correct plans and services for customers, and attend to customer billing enquiries via ticket and
Your work will be full time, working 40 hours per week in a long term position. Work will be performed during AEDT/AEST hours, starting your shift between 8.30 am & 9.30 am and finishing between to 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm with a lunch break, working Monday to Friday.
You will be using remote desktop and you are expected to have a quality computer and internet service with backup internet.
