QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

We need someone who is available to work 40 hours per week
> Preferred schedule : Monday to Friday
6.00am UK BST (1.00pm PST) to 2.00pm UK BST (9.00pm PST) is the preference, but a slightly earlier finish Monday to Wednesday may be negotiable.

We may consider a candidate that can only work 30 hours per week on the proviso that they finish at 2.00pm UK BST (9.00pm PST) Monday to Friday and they do not work for others in their free time.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications
A Level / Degree level in English and mathematics.
Where Degree level is not available consideration will be given to a candidate that has at least two years of experience of data input using the English Language into an E-Commerce platform.

You need to have a good eye for detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.

You need to be accomplished at writing in the English language.

I am looking for a VA who is a self-motivated, accurate individual that can work to tight deadlines. The individual needs to be professional and reliable and have a ‘Can Do’ attitude!

THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be supporting a small family business based in the UK to grow. We want to help our customers by sharing the discounts we obtain through bulk buying, not normally available to others.

The role will involve converting sales orders from eBay, the companies website and emails into supplier purchase orders with our supply chain.

The priority is converting sales orders into supplier purchase orders and checking on the order progress. When there are no sales orders to process, you will be responsible for adding new products to the companies website and eBay to generate more sales orders.

You will maintain an order log in real-time of all sales orders received, supplier orders raised including support information for tracking order progress and in times of supplier failure to act, notify or deliver.

Adding new products will follow a simple template requiring accurate data entry, good English writing skills and a small amount of research on the product or our competitor's websites to ensure the addition looks professional. Price template/files, pictures and links to text will be provided.

At the end of the month, you will be responsible for checking the supplier's statements to ensure that they are accurate, this is a simple administration process.

As a key member of the team, we welcome suggestions on improvements that may improve the customer experience, maintain records and update the operating and task manuals as systems and process change that protects jobs in the long term.

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS

Please let us know what your preferred hourly rate is. We are looking at a maximum of 210PHP per hour.

We want our employees to stay with us and progress within the business, we want to reward those that take on all tasks including some email management so we propose to reward them through performance reviews.

We shall review your salary after a successful probationary period of one Month
If you pass through your probationary period, then additional bonus days will start to be accrued to be taken as holiday or sick once earned.

A 2nd review will take place 6 months after (7 months)
3rd review after 12 months (13th month)
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company)

If you are the right candidate and have been undertaking all elements of the role (eBay, Website, and some email management) with excellent performance a further reward may be given.

For the cost of living rises, we shall use your performance review to evaluate the amount paid
Less than satisfactory performance 1% Std inflation
Extremely Good performance 2.5%

You will get paid Weekly on Tuesday via Transferwise.

The company will offer accrued paid leave if progress past the probation period to cover holiday, sickness and public holidays. The accrue is based on one day of paid leave for every 80 hours ---------- ristmas bonus, for this year (2021) it is proposed that if the performance is good, then we shall pay 700PHP in a lump sum payable on 23/12/2021.
