We are an amazon seller looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to handle a wide variety of tasks in support of our business. This role is expected to be a full time commitment (40 hours per week expectation). This is a remote position for an online business, done from your own work environment, with your own computer. We will provide training for all required tasks, however we encourage you to find ways to make processes more efficient.
The tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Order fulfillment through FBA (Data entry)
- Perform reconciliations and open cases with Amazon Seller Central for reimbursement.
- Updating standard inventory reports in support of our Operations team
- Pulling/querying data from multiple sources and collating for convenient reporting
- Opening cases with Amazon Seller Central for re-measurement and re-categorization
- Uploading or manually loading deals to Amazon Seller Central
- Troubleshooting and resolving emergent issues like losing buybox
- Executing listing changes like price, titles, bullet points, images, etc
- Adding new product listings
The ideal candidate will meet the requirements below
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills - clear and efficient
- Very well organized and systematic - able to manage many tasks with excellent accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel/Google sheets and desire to learn more
- Experience working remotely, supporting a virtual team strongly preferred
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred
