We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant to take on the role of our Shopify Operations & Customer Service Manager in an established E-commerce fashion apparel & accessories brand in the South Korean-inspired fashion niche.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include responding to customer service tickets, order management, managing returns, updating our product catalogs, organizing collaborations with influencers/content creators, and other activities such as collecting content ideas for blog posts, designing social media posts, and more.
We value the concept of having a good brand-employee fit, therefore the ideal candidate will have a keen interest and understanding of the Korean entertainment and/or fashion industries. This will enable our virtual assistants to contribute to an industry they can relate to.
Required skills:
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify store.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Keen interest in the South Korean media, entertainment, and/or fashion industries
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in Customer Service for E-Commerce stores.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in utilizing the customer service helpdesk application known as Gorgias.
- Prior knowledge and expertise in utilizing wholesale and sourcing websites such as Alibaba and AliExpress.
- Prior knowledge and expertise in utilizing a Shopify application known as Oberlo.
- Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc)
- Basic graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shift per day.
