Guaranteed Hours - Permanent Contract - PA Required

I am looking for a personal assistant to work guaranteed and consistent hours on a permanent basis. I'm looking for someone to work 20 hours a week (4 hours at a time), Monday to Friday, US Mountain Time (MTN). Guaranteed hours means you can bill me for the time we've agreed upon every day, even if I don't have any work for you (although I will likely always have work for you). The exact time block during MTN hours, and the length of the guaranteed time block is negotiable.

There may be the opportunity within the first 2 months to further increase the hours to full-time or near full-time in the future if desired.

I am looking for someone I can work with permanently.

I run a successful business, and am researching and starting others. You will learn a great deal about entrepreneurship, running a business, online marketing, sales and more.

Duties will include:
- Regular liaison with myself over skype and email
- Scheduling meetings
- Sending emails on my behalf
- Data entry
- Phone calls (following up, surveys)
- Hiring and managing other outsourcers
- Other duties

I provide very specific video instructions for all tasks that way you know exactly what to do.

If you do not have excellent written and spoken English, and are not comfortable making phone calls (over Skype or similar) then you should not apply for this position. I will provide skype credit.
