T-Shirt Designer for MBA (300-400$ – Longterm Relationship)

Hello, my name is Eugen and I'm looking for a Longterm Partnership with a Designer for my Team.
I'm into Print on Demand since 5 years, mainly for Merch By Amazon. I do weekly instructions for 50-100 designs per designer.

What we need:
- Experienced Longterm Shirt Designer (with Photoshop/Illustrator)
- You have to be creative in designing and combinate vectors with text
- Experience in trademark and copyright for Shirts
- English skills (in writing and understanding)
