Live Chat Operators - English speaking

We are looking for 2 live chat ---------- at2 has been operating for 6 years and is a fast growing Australian company with clients and staff based world ---------- at2 is on the brink of changing customer service forever for businesses through online technology advancements and world class customer service.

We invite chat operators to apply for this entry level position. This position is initially 20 hours as a Chat Operator for training purposes, though has the potential to extend to 40 -60 hours a week depending on your skill level. The position involves answering live chats for businesses across several different industries utilising the Chat2 Global dashboard as well as administration tasks to support the sales team and assist with onboarding of new ---------- ensive Training is provided, though at least 6 months experience as a chat operator is required. This is a work from home position.

Please be accurate when providing your bid. This work is initially only 20 hours - so if you normally work on an hourly rate please multiply your normal rate x 20 hours to provide a quote.

The first 20 hours will be completed within a 1 - 2 week period, though if you have the skills we are looking for , the position has the potential to be ongoing. Then you will need to be available to work from 6am (AEST) some mornings and on Saturdays and Sundays initially for at least 4 hours. The average shift is around 4-5 hours with some split shifts available. If you are successful through to interview stage the actual hours will be shared and confirmed with you. As this is an entry level position we expect all our new operators to work on Saturday and Sunday, though shifts are normally only 4-5 hours.

This role is very suited to someone who has undertaken customer service and is happy to chat online with ---------- this role you will be guiding online visitors around business websites, assisting them to make online bookings / purchases and provide answers to customer questions online within the Chat2 Global dashboard.
