Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
1. Manages, nurtures and converts inbound leads into sales opportunities;
2. Identifies strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate
outbound lead opportunities;
3. Implements lead generation strategies specializing LinkedIn and
4. Provides engaging and articulate information about T&Co’s value proposition to potential clients.
5. Plans and implements Search Engine Optimization for our website
Sales Management:
1. Facilitates Consultation Calls with hot potential clients

1. Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via

1. Has highly developed all-around interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.

4. Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity

5. Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom and social networking tools. Experience of Trello and tech-savviness is a BIG plus.
6. Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary.
7. Must be highly proficient in all aspects of English language, especially speaking, listening and writing skills.
