Zoho Configuration for Desk & KB

We have just started using Zoho Desk and need an experienced Zoho specialist to setup the administration of the system along with the Knowledgebase for customers.

You must have experience in the administrative functions of Zoho desk, be able to set up email templates, signatures, ticket templates, customer access, reporting, knowledge base design and setup.

The preferred applicant, if suitable, will be offered a role to remain with our team full time, to manage our Knowledgebase moving forward, and to manage our other systems and tools, including woocommerce, wordpress and product and service ordering.
