Hello - welcome to BotBuilders!

Our company, ---------- builds automated chatbots and education for business owners and entrepreneurs. Although we are based in the United States, we currently have a team of 5 people in the Philippines. We are a close team and treat all our employees like family! We are currently looking for 1 lucky person to join our team!

Your roles and responsibilities would include:

1. Helping with credit card disputes & chargebacks - this requires a high degree of attention to detail & precision! Accuracy - Accuracy - Accuracy!!!
2.Reply to our webinar chat lines - this requires a friendly personality where you can make friendly conversation and your charm comes through in your writing.
3. Help answer support tickets - mostly through email
4. Help answer comments on our Facebook page


Requirements from you:

1. Hours would be 3 PM - 11 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday - Saturday
2. Must have a good computer with stable internet connection and data backup
3. Have awesome written English skills
4. Use of time tracking software with screenshots & mouse movements
5. Have a working webcam so you can attend tea ---------- etings on Zoom
6. Exclusive work with BotBuilders. We have so many opportunities to expand your career, we don't want you to miss any of them, so remaining flexible and having a singular focus is key.

What you can expect from us:

If this sounds like you and you meet all the requirements above, we'll start your wages at $1,000 USD per month, plus, you will be part of a shared bonus pool where you can make even more each month.

Our employees who show up and do an awesome job, we give regular raises and bonuses to. The ideal candidate should have excellent written English skills. Past English teachers would do great at this job! You must be smart and able to think on your feet. We are after top notch communications with our customers.

We have very loyal employees, and we treat them extremely well. We need to depend on you and count on you to show up for work each day with a smile on your face, and we will take great care of you for a long time to come!
