Virtual Assistant

Bluechip Retail is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help stimulate the marketing team. Our two in-house brands are JoySpring & Fur Goodness Sake, and although doing great as is, we’re looking to add a member to the team to push growth. Joyspring provides all-natural and herbal solutions to moms and kids of all ages. And Fur Goodness Sake offers premium pet vitamins, supplements, and grooming products. This position will report directly to the Social Media Manager and work with our in-house marketing team. This position will play a pivotal role in product launches, influencer outreach, and Amazon growth. Responsibilities include:

- Performing outreach to potential customers/ influencers to try out our products and leave us reviews (Main role in this position)
- Following up regularly and keeping track of each touch point in an extremely organized manner
- Creating content for our Amazon storefront (choosing photos to post, creating captions, linking to our products and scheduling)
- Organizing and uploading all UGC we obtain through outreach efforts
- Various other admin tasks

Requirements:
- Familiarity with Instagram and experience with outreach is a must
- Familiarity with TikTok is a huge plus
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Excellent with data entry (speed) and organized
- Ability to perform more advanced excel/google sheets function
- Clear understanding of Facebook & Instagram’s Terms of Service (TOS) is a must
- Ability to learn new systems & tools quickly
- A history of playing a large role on a team that has achieved growth on social media is a huge plus
