JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We are looking to add a full-time dual role staff member to our team. This role will perform both user support and outbound marketing functions.

We are an online SAAS company that currently has more than half a dozen Filipino remote employees.

The daily activities for these dual roles can include
- Answer support tickets via email and live support messenger.
- Emailing/chatting with users to communicate about billing, technical, or functional services as they relate to a variety of software products.
- Helping write and otherwise create content to educate our users, potential users, partners, and more.

The ideal candidate:
- Must be able to work 8-6MST (11PM - 9AM local time).
- 30-40 hours a week, 4/10’s (4 days a week, 10 hours a day)
- Be able to clearly write English
- Have good spoken English and be able to meet via live video with teammates and management (not users, just internally)
- Access to reliable internet
- Access to a reliable PC

Anyone hired will have to use Time Doctor to track time.

Pay will be bi-monthly through PayPal. Pay is in arrears

PTO will be provided after 3 months.

Major Philippines' holidays will be paid.
