PAID SOCIAL MANAGER
OVERVIEW
Firebelly is a highly rated, award-winning, values-driven social media marketing agency with a single mission: to make brands more likable and profitable via social media.
We are currently seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to add to our growing team. Our new Paid Social Manager will be expected to hit the ground running and should have previous professional experience managing paid programs for brands - and proven eCommerce conversion

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Develop and execute Paid Social strategies to drive brand awareness, increase leads/sales and maximize ROI for our clients, including but not limited to account audits, restructures, and optimizations.
•Representing the Paid Social channel within the business, responsible for developing and delivering an innovative and consumer-centric paid social strategy to accelerate our new customer acquisition growth
•Targeting the right people with the right message in the right places to reach clients’ desired outcomes.
•Tracking and monitoring the Paid Social performance regularly and share with the clients
•Managing hands-on day-to-day campaign activities and optimizations across different platforms: Ongoing performance monitoring, potential account restructures, audience segmentation, A/B testing, creative analysis, bidding optimization, reach and frequency analysis, etc
•Recommending new tactics, concepts, and approaches
•Improving campaign performance through relentless testing across the main levers
•Work closely with the brand and creative teams to establish a process that delivers high performing, disruptive creativity on a regular basis
•Exploring alpha/beta advertising opportunities, cutting edge marketing strategies, and the newest creative trends
•Owning the forecast as well as budget allocation and optimization across all Paid Social platforms
•Stay updated on the latest innovations, tools, and techniques via popular Paid Search and Social blogs and channels.
•Build out and deliver internal reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•A Paid Social Expert with at least 5+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience, ideally in a similar role client-side with global marketing, e-commerce, or retail background
•You know the ins and outs of running ads on all major social channels including
•A proven track record in delivering hyper-growth through Paid Social
•The ability to strategically assess opportunities and make data-driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performance
•Hands-on experience in managing Paid Social at scale
•Experience in working closely with brand and creative teams to create marketing that grabs attention and stands out
•A strong data-driven mindset with the ability to be fairly independent on analyzing opportunities and performance
•Expert knowledge of Excel
•Excellent communication skills, able to explain the thinking behind the Paid Social strategy with all levels within the business
•A structured, organized approach with top-notch attention to detail
•The thirst to take the initiative and going the extra mile, with a strong bias to get things done
