JOB OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW
Looking for someone that is willing to learn, creative, methodical, energetic, and pays attention to detail. I am in Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles, California, USA, and I would like someone to assist me in a variety of tasks, both for business and some minor personal errands/mostly web research.

Ideally, you have some experience working with someone in real estate, but it's not a must. Please have a happy and optimistic outlook on life as I hope to build a long-term working relationship as my business grows. What are your top three favorite movies?

BUSINESS

Experience with the following software/Websites:
MS Excel - advanced user-preferred, be familiar with VLookUp, CountIf functions
Salesforce CRM
Project Management - Trello/Monday.com/or anything else
Social Media - LinkedIn Group - management/posting research on real estate news
Web/Lead Research - Looking for contact information on building owners, specifically names of owners and their phone numbers

Experience with the following is a plus, but not necessary:
Landvision
CoStar
LexisNexis
TruePeopleSearch.com
OpenCorporates.com

Additionally:
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

Responsibilities
Make an SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) using google drive for each task
Perform market research
Research contact leads for the owner information
Maintain, update Excel sheet of contacts
Maintain LinkedIn Group
Find someone to make a logo on Fiverr
Find someone to help promote group
Research relevant/interesting information to post on a weekly basis
Outreach to new contacts to join



PERSONAL
Mainly web research for miscellaneous items, such as good books for kids to read, good martial arts classes near me, and collecting proposals for home construction projects, etc.

EXPECTATIONS
Starting with part-time hours of 20hrs/week, with potentially moving to 40hrs/week as the business grows
1-month trial, then 3 months semi-permanent, then permanent
Required daily 30-minute phone conversation on project updates, preferably at 6:30 am PST (Los Angeles, Ca, USA time) and/or at 6:30 pm PST, Monday-Friday
Training Monday-Friday from 6:30 am-7:30 am PST using Zoom or Google Meet
