Experienced VA/Appointment Setter Wanted To Work w/ Marketing Agency

We are looking for someone that is passionate about growing a marketing agency that helps small businesses grow.

You'll be working closely with our digital marketing team to ensure our clients are happy, their marketing strategies are being fulfilled as well as being able to spot opportunities to up-sell existing clients and bring on new business opportunities as they arise.

We primarily help women owned business owners, grow their business through the use of Facebook Marketing, Email Marketing, & automation. This proven growth has helped our clients expand their hours, hire a larger team and ultimately fulfill their goals.

The ideal candidate will understand that when first starting, a lot of the tasks will be somewhat simple & repetitive but they will completely learn the business and the goal is to eventually move into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
? Client communication (Email A Project Summary)
? Create simple images within Canva
? Onboarding new customers (Make sure clients fill out a document)
? Manage and execute tasks in Asana
? Continually monitor and maintain client accounts & relationships.
? Assigning tasks to the tea ---------- mbers (Dev, Design,) so tasks get completed.

Dive right into the role with access to our range of tools we use such as:
- GoHighLevel
- Asana
- Slack
- Zendesk
-Canva
(Experience with these tools and systems will be highly regarded)

Skills:
? Proficient with Asana or related Project Management tools.
? Ability to organize and prioritize
? Superb Customer Service
? Excel/Google Sheets and other basic organizational tools.

You Must:
- Experience working as VA in the digital marketing space on the agency side
- Be able to think quickly on their feet
