Job Description
Processing HR decisions regarding the employees (promotions, re-location, salaries & benefits adjustments…etc).
Prepare the personnel letters such as warnings, terminations, job offers… etc.
Review the final settlement of the employees.
Hands on experience in the government platforms (Muqeem, Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI,..etc).
Processes employee’s annual vacations and/or end of services entitlements.
Issues written and oral instructions and/or circulars and edits and types all Arabic correspondence and circulars.
Coordinates with the finance department monthly payroll.
Coordinates recording and filing of information about company's personnel such as promotions, wage scales, absences, training status, and terminations.
