The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in all online or digital selling and will work with the sales team to manage all aspects of the e-commerce business including planning, content making and strategy, digital campaigns/promotions, online marketing and merchandising, website analysis and customer service to accelerate sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, create and implement a digital marketing strategy by conceptualizing and developing high quality and targeted communication materials for the website, social media properties and other communication platforms.
• Develop social media presence and advocating brands effectively
• Pitch and create corporate content ideas for all product campaigns and announcements thru digital platforms (social media, advertisements,
• Coordinate with the Sales team in producing content for advertising and driving traffic to website for integration of events and campaigns according to timeline management.
• Shoot and edit photos/videos as needed
• Process and facilitate all digital campaigns that are aligned to the overall brand strategy
• Execute all digital campaigns for brand activities such as events, sales, promos and campaigns.
• Assist in covering events (virtual and in physical – in the future)
• Stay current in digital marketing trends and news e.g., Google updates and changes in algorithms
• Submit weekly trend research from social listening and online engagement, or as needed.
• In-charge of daily management and monitoring of all digital platforms.
• Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
