Property sourcer and research analyst

The chosen candidate must be looking for a long term role and have interest in the UK real estate space. They must not have other employers and must have a good internet connection as video conferences will be required. The candidate must be verified and have ID proofing about 75.

The chosen candidate must have experience in using rightmove, Zoopla, property data and Fleurets other UK property based research tools.

The candidate may have Nimbus Maps experience but this is not a necessity.

The objective of this position is to research for property based opportunities, where listings are “considered” below market value on a specific set of criteria which I will provide.

The candidate must have proven experience in research, identifying opportunities through logical steps. I.e. identify an opportunity in nimbus, verify its owners through companies house, google etc..

Another part of the role will be to data scrape opportunities and its contents from Nimbus Maps. I will provide a list of attributes which I require for every Nimbus, and these must be provided back in a tidy excel file.
