Email Marketing Specialist Needed

ABOUT US: We are an eCommerce company that has been selling on Amazon and Shopify for over a year. We sell in many different niches: Fire pits, Pizza ovens, and Art products. We are currently expanding and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. We just make sure to check into our Slack channel every day. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging ---------- RO: We are looking for a rockstar email marketing manager to help us with several different jobs. We are looking to hire someone starting at $4 USD per hour. We will increase pay with experience and good performance. Also there is the option to increase to Full time in the future.

As our Email Marketing Manager you will:

- Create email automation flows (for all stages of the funnel).
- Build and automate email campaigns
- Analyze data, present data to executive team, and make strategic email marketing decisions based on that
- Devise promotional email ideas and manage the creation of copy and implementation of campaigns
- Work with our team and manage email marketing initiatives for new product launches
- Manage and implement our sales, promotional, and email editorial calendars

WHO YOU ARE: You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You can research topics online. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi-flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don’t mind working just a little bit on some weekends. You are a team player.

THE BEST CANDIDATE:
