Experience with some of these components in Genesys PureConnect (Interactive Intelligence) or Genesys Cloud:
-Telephony concepts
-Interaction routing
-Queue functionality
-Genesys Handlers
-Integration with Salesforce Object Routing
-C,SIP,SWL, DotNet with knowledge of SOAP and Icelib
-SOAP, RESTful API’s, JSON, WSDL or similar technologies
-ICCE or similar certification will give you an advantage
Also desirable is experience and working knowledge with AWS.
