Minimum requirements:
-With at least 2 years of experience as a Workforce Specialist in a BPO set up
-Has worked in a grave yard shift in the past 6 mos.
-With experience in using Hubstaff or any application similar to Hubstaff is a plus
-Good comm skills
-Proficient in using Google spreadsheets
-Accurate, detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
-main task is to monitor all Hubstaff activity
-Manage in updating the VA's schedule in Hubstaff
-Check screenshots and provide reports to the VA team leaders if there's any red flag
