JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking full-time administrative assistant to help set up an e-commerce store and assist in the administration of a current e-commerce store. Tasks could include, but are not limited to:
-downloading, uploading, and editing photos (basic editing, resizing, etc.)
-setting-up product pages
-entering prices and product descriptions
-entering meta-data
-reviewing keywords on PPC campaigns and selecting negative keywords
-basic SEO data entry

When the freelancer is not busy with assigned tasks, they will be required to assist an existing team in helping run a different e-commerce business (already running). Tasks could include:
-data entry
-creating quotes for customers
-order processing
-updating tracking sheets
-other tasks as required

No specific experience is required, but you must be enthusiastic and willing to learn. All required training will be provided and that time will be paid. Experience with Shopify is a plus. A successful candidate will have the following qualities:
-Excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
-Attention to detail - this is very important
-Critical thinking and common sense - not just someone who can follow instructions
-must be able to work from 21:00 to 5:00 Philippines time
-must be reliable and honest
-must be independent and able to solve problems with minimal supervision
-must not have another job
-must have a computer and phone in their home with reliable and fast internet
-must be willing to use time-tracking software, Hubstaff

The job requires the candidate to work 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time with a 1-hour lunch break). This job could lead to a permanent position with bonuses and pay raises, depending on performance.
