Looking for offpage SEO manager

Looking for offpage seo manager to oversee offpage SEO to a couple different projects. Local SEO is a plus.

Your obligations are going to be:
Overseeing purchased links
Overseeing offer making and email management processes
Keep track of purchased links
Check and keep track of existing backlink profile
Report to the SEO Manager with successes, progress and opportunities
Regularly analyze backlink profile
Analyze website traffic trends and rankings using analytical tools
Purchase and manage GMB optimization packages

Skills you must have:
Ability to organize data
Paying close attention to the details
Ability to switch from task to task in efficient manner
Excellent understanding of google spreadsheet software
Ability to follow instruction and create it's own instructional documents
Being reliable worker and showing up on time
