We are a growing online retail store. We're looking for a full time Customer Service Expert - Email and Social Media.
The job duties:
* Give a top notch customer service to our customers or potential customers, using GrooveHQ, email, and other social media platforms.
* Create, schedule, and implement viral posts through Facebook
* Conduct research work on trending items that we can add to our store (Shopify experience - Advantage)
You should:
* Be fluent on written and spoken English
* Be very motivated and want to grow with a big company.
* Be willing to make mistakes, and learn from it. (winner mindset)
* Not get offended or insulted quickly, not a victim. (we're not looking for this AT ALL)
* If you have background on eCommerce (ebay/Amazon/Shopify) - let me know.
This is for a full time position, 40 hours a week. (+extra for weekends)
If you can work weekends - advantage.
Salary is $300/month initially. Pay raise dependent on how you perform. We pay on a weekly basis and add bonus for good performance.
