Part-Time Internal Auditor

Position: Part-Time Internal Auditor
Compensation: $4 / hr
Expected Hours: 15 hours per week
Schedule: Pacific Time; To be discussed during your initial interview

Seeking to hire a Part-time Internal Auditor with brilliant accounting and analytical skills for auditing and compliance consulting firm. The position will be under the direct supervision of the Senior Internal Auditor and the job will be around 15 hours a week at $4 an hour to start with an opportunity to increase depending on your skills and performance.

The ideal candidate is someone with thorough knowledge of accounting procedures with high industry understanding of US Financial Compliance and Banking regulations.

Job Duties include:
- Audit Test Controls
- Prepare compliance reports following company workflow
- Studying, Maintaining, and updating accurate accounting records
- Utilize and Interpret various audit, accounting, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze and Interpret data - financial statements, financial documents, and other related records
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to the Senior Internal Auditor
- May perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Internal Auditor

Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Knowledge of US Financial Compliance and Banking Regulations
- Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills in accounting software and database is a PLUS
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
