Sales Rep Needed for Web Design Agency

We are a marketing agency looking for an awesome Sales Rep to join our team!

We are Scotify Studios. We provide web design services on Wix, Shopify and Wordpress. We are a Wix Agency Partner, Shopify Partner, Square Solutions Partner and Klaviyo Partner.

We are a team of ~5 people all working in remotely in the US and the Philippines. We work hard but also value work life balance and enjoying the freedom and perks of the remote work life. We are concert and music festival lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, Star Wars fans and marketing nerds.

As our primary Sales Rep, you will have a virtual assistant who will handle lead generation and appointment setting for you.

You will be taking phone & zoom calls with warm leads who are interested in creating or updating their website, or scaling their business online with paid ads. Your job will be to make a personal connection, identify their problem, present our services as the best solution, send a proposal and close the deal. You'll also need to follow up with prospects and move them along the pipeline.

This is a commission-only position with the opportunity for incentives and performance bonuses. You have the opportunity to step in to a leadership/management position as we are looking to grow quickly.

Hours are flexible, but we receive leads 24/7/365. You will be expected to be available during standard US business hours. You can choose to work outside of standard US business hours to close more deals / earn more if you want to.

You will be taking inbound calls and ALSO making outbound calls to warm leads daily.

Pay is 15% commission + bonuses based on cash collected.

This is a commission-only position.

Ideal candidates will:
- Have experience in a sales role closing deals over phone/zoom
- Have experience selling digital marketing services, online courses, coaching etc.
- Be persistent and good at following up
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, great people person
- Energized & upbeat attitude, positive mentality
- Be very organized
- Excellent internet access w/ webcam, microphone & Zoom account
