JOB OVERVIEW: (Appointment Setter/Telemarketer).

Seeking a successful Telemarketer. Must be friendly and persuasive. You will be responsible for sourcing property acquisitions in Atlanta and Metro Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

The Telemarketer will work with the Acquisitions Manager to prospect for property sellers as well as work to schedule reviews with the current client base and company partners.

The Telemarketer will also work with the Acquisitions Manager to coordinate and assist with Deals through the pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Telemarketing: 3+ years
* Cold Calling: 3+ years
* Fluent speaking and understanding English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Phone sales and appointment setting.
* Proven ability to exceed metrics
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to “sell the appointment”
* Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role in a call center setting
* Ability to quickly build a rapport with property owners
* Positive attitude with high energy level
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
* Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
* Skilled in negotiations and dealing with complaints
* Ability to work with little supervision
* Persistent and results-oriented

BENEFITS:
* Base: PHP. 28,800.00 Pesos (Paid bi-weekly)
* Commission: PHP. 2,000.00 Pesos (When property owner signs deal)
