Exceptional Recruiter Needed for US Based Childcare Firm

We are a childcare concierge service and nanny agency seeking a full-time talent acquisition specialist to handle full cycle recruitment from candidate acquisition and interviewing to vetting and onboarding. This position is full-time and long-term (think 2+ years). The schedule is Monday-Friday with flexible times between 7a-6p CST daily as best suits your schedule. Pay can range from $30,000-40,000 php per month depending on experience.

We are specifically looking for candidate that have a strong and proven skill set in the following areas:
Sourcing candidates
Appointment scheudling
Interviewing
Onboarding
New hire processing

Preference given to candidates who are highly proficient with the following applications:
Trello
Slack
LinkedIn
Social Media Marketing (Fb, IG, Pinterest, TikTok)
Indeed
Website editing
