Part-Time Virtual Assistant skilled in creating sales funnels with excellent spoken and written English
Job Description:
Are you a quick learner who's passionate about high-quality customer service and experience? We are a rapidly expanding small business and we'd love you to join our team. We need a conscientious part-time virtual assistant to help us improve, manage and grow our online training company (run through Kajabi) and work on administrative tasks, including marketing, sales funnels, content development and creating efficient systems. We work very hard but believe in having lots of fun too!
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
Experienced in creating sales funnels and marketing processes
Experienced in documenting processes
Quick learner and eager to develop new skills
Effective communicator
High levels of initiative/self-starter
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Excellent
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
Desirable:
Specific skills in managing and creating content on Kajabi
Graphic design skills (using Canva, creating editable documents, ebooks etc)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Addevent and Calendly)

I am an Early Years Maths Consultant specialising in online training. I help practitioners who work with children aged 3-5 to improve their one maths subject knowledge and their pedagogical understanding of how young children best learn mathematics
I write content, run a number of memberships, work with my clients over Zoom and present at conferences all over the world
I am highly creative, knowledgeable and passionate about what I do and need my employees to care about the impact we can have on people’s lives as much as I do

I live in a very rural and beautiful part Wales in the UK where I love to walk my dog and enjoy the gorgeous countryside

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Key support in managing Kajabi: Setting up sales funnels, documenting processes, adding content, video editing,
Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
General admin tasks
10 hours per week initially (expected to increase for the right candidate)
