Scrum Master/Project Manager who will also head deployments and UAT

Job Role :
* Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
* Facilitate scrum ceremonies; grooming, sprint planning, daily stand - ups and DEMO meeting
* Communicate with the management team, developers and testers on product issues.
* Lead daily stand-up calls for multiple scrum teams.
* Work with Business Analyst, Developers and Testers in delivering the product
* Help team apply the Scrum framework and principles of agility to benefit the team & business
* Be in charge of following the burn down and ensuring that KPIs are met
* Track and effectively communicate team velocity and motivate the team to follow agile practices, sprint/release progress to
affected team and management.
* Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
* Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
* Perform manual and initiate our scripted automated tests
* Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
* Planning and controlling the tests (effort, deadlines, costs / budget)
* Coordinate test case creation, test execution and test resources
* Creation of the test-specific status reports and final reports
* Creation of the risk table and responsibility for test-specific risk management
* Achieving the overall technical and functional acceptance and overall approval
* Documenting the test execution and communicating with the developers regarding the deviation
* Coach team in implementation of adoption of Agile Practices.
* Facilitate in transforming the development team to Agile methods.
* Involved in sprint planning, backlog grooming, creating and closing sprints.
* Involved in Jira administration, creating projects, issues, permissions and issue workflow setup.
* Be responsible for coordination and UAT in our continuous deployment using our CI/CD pipelines the company has built. If
other testers are available, coordinate deployment- if not then hands-on carrying out QA to ensure nothing else has broken.

Qualification & Experience :
* At least 4 years experience as Scrum Master/Project Manager and 10 years in QA field
* Project management certification & experience
* Scrum Certified
* Master/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or college diploma in QA Testing
* Experience in agile methodologies
* Experience in Requirement Gathering, Maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Estimation, Testing Scope, Test
Strategy, Test Planning, Scheduling.
* Experience in designing project plan, Test Strategy and Test Approach design for Integrated System Testing and Regression
testing. Understanding business requirements and preparing Business Test Matrix
* Experience of working in onsite-offshore model, Managed offshore team of 25 members. Managed large enterprise projects
with dynamic and ambiguous requirements.
* Worked in the fast paced Agile/Scrum (methodology) projects.
* Performed Feasibility study (analyze Change Requests) & Requirement Analysis for Functional Testing (UAT). Test Execution * * Reviews and Status Reporting
* Good experience in validation and review of Operational, Technical and Functional documentation to assess scenario
requirements
* Comprehensive knowledge in writing documentations including Requirement Specification, Use Case Narrative, Feasibility
Analysis, Risk Analysis, Test Plans, Testing Metrics, Effort and Schedule Related Metrics
* Experience in Performed Cross Browser Testing (Compatibility Testing), RBT (Risk Based Testing) approach
* Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively.
* Self-leadership and self-starter attitude to take initiative and move the innovation forward.
