Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant
- Talk to clients to discuss with them their problems behind their
negative listings.
- Answer enquiries about credit repair and the general process of
removing negative listings
- Send SMS and emails to cold leads.
- Close sales calls.
- Report to the senior manager.
You will need to have the following qualities in order for you to be a good fit with us:
- The ability to speak excellent English. (For this role, it is essential to have the ability to speak in an Australian, British, or American Accent).
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent Work Ethic
- Fast learner
- Must have excellent English speaking and writing proficiency.
- Can work with minimal supervision
- The ability to work and to collaborate with a team
- At least a year in sales experience
