Executive Assistant / Account Manager
$5-$6/hr (flexible hours 10-20 hrs/week)
- Organize communication via
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Manage contact lists and organize managers’ calendars
- Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Prepare presentations
- Help employees with their administrative queries
- Can help the CEO with his personal errands
Requirements:
- Smart and good at problem-solving
- Extremely organized
- Speaks perfectly fluent English
- Good at project management
- 2+ years' experience of working on a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position
- Significant experience with current technologies
- Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
- Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling? particularly Google Calendar
- Strong phone?
- Strong organizational and time management skills
