Commercial Real Estate Cold Caller (Part Time)

I own a commercial real estate business in the US and we are trying to acquire new properties. We are looking for somebody to help us by cold-calling a list of commercial real estate property owners in the United States to find out if they might be interested in selling their storage facilities.

We will happily pay bonuses for any property we get under contract. We are looking for a partner to join our team!

The main skills I am looking for are great English, friendly attitude, good conversationalist, intelligence and ---------- liverables:
-Cold calls to property owners
-Leaving voicemails if nobody picks up
-Asking about the property if somebody answers the phone
-Notes on the outcomes of calls
-Updating our list of properties with notes from calls

Time Commitment: This is a a part time job, about 10-20 hours per week during US business hours.
