Web Scraping \ App Developer

I need someone who is an expert in web scraping and data mining to extract public post data from Amazon.

You will need to know how to:
- Extract UPC codes from product pages
- Save photos in the scraped data
- Use proxies to avoid being banned
- Normalize data that will be collected

I am also looking for someone to be able to take this data (DB * photos) and be able to integrate it into an IOS/Android app
