Estimator and Takeoff Quality Control Rep

We are currently looking to add to our growing team. We are a USA-based takeoff & estimating service company. This position is for remote in-house estimators and quality control checkers. Please read the job details and respond accordingly to our questions to be considered. Thank you!

We are looking for:

Position 1: Structural Estimators like wood/Lumber package, steel framing, and metal framing
Position 2: Architectural Estimator like Finishes-Drywall, Painting, Flooring, etc
Position 3: Civil Works
Position 4: MEP works


Job Details-You will be performing takeoffs and quality control tasks
1. Full-time work available and even over time-based on Performance & Quality Of Work-We can offer stable consistent work to the right person
2. Some training is provided but need to have experience doing takeoffs
3. Must have 3+ Years of experience
4. Must have an engineering or architectural degree or equal estimator experience
5. Must Speak English
6. Must have Planswift Software (No Exception, please don't apply if you don't have this software)
7. Must have good math skills
8. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
9. Must know how to use Microsoft excel
---------- A takeoff experiences a PLUS but not necessary
11. Must be a team player
12. Must be able to work our daytime EST time it can be Monday to Friday
13. Must be able to work some weekends, depending on our work schedule
15. Must be reliable and available during your shift EST time Zone
