The company specializes in credit repair, and we are now looking for full-time executive assistants. As an executive assistant, you will take calls, set up appointments, and be available for any professional needs the CEO has. Be prepared to handle Social Media Tasks and Create Post and things to entice our audience via canva and any other applicabletools. Experience in this area is a plus. I would like someone as an executive assistant you will contact The CEO'S existing appointments an hour before the scheduled time to ensure that the given time is still convenient for the customer.

The executive assistant will also be responsible for meeting with clients every 45 days via telephone for a review of their credit file so that they can discuss what items have been deleted from their credit report, as well as the next step that needs to be taken; the executive assistant will also be responsible for credit-building coaching. A considerable amount of training will be provided to the executive assistant. Additionally, the executive assistant will be responsible for supervising emails and responding to customer inquiries. If items are missing or we need to communicate certain status changes to the client's you will be responsible for that as well.

The executive assistant will work closely with the CEO on all work-related ---------- some cases, the executive assistant will be required to perform credit repair audits and is required to learn the CRM system for credit repair. To ensure that certain clients have been processed in a timely manner, the Executive Assistant will check directly with the processing team on client statuses as needed.

We are paying $7.00/hour

Assistant will also receive bonuses every 3 months of an extra 200.00 per month upon good performance.

The Call volume will be slow at first because we are relaunching on relaunch day and days beyond we will be extremely busy and fast-paced and need a go-getter attitude when the time comes. There will be many chances to make hefty wages and earnings. We are looking for someone who understands and knows Telephone Etiquette and has a clear professional speaking voice as well. You would be speaking directly with our clientele and we do not want to give the wrong impression. You will be trained in all aspects of the company.
