Virtual Assistant - Physical Therapy Office

Looking for a person to do the majority of our office's benefit calls for patient’s health insurance. We are wanting a virtual assistant to call on our patient’s physical and occupational therapy benefits and verify coverage is active.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and looking to grow. The position, starting out, we are estimating up to 8 hours a week but could fluctuate and with the potential to add more responsibility assisting with other types of insurance calls and authorizations for additional hours. We will need this employee to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 pm-3 am PHT (8 am - 3 pm EST, US). Applicants will need access to internet and phone. Experience with health insurance recommended. Experience with working with the EMR system TheraOffice would be a huge perk.
