Real Estate Telemarketer

THE JOB:
- Call inbound potential real estate leads (warm leads) through a dialer we will provide for you.
- Set appointments with clients who are ready to buy or sell - schedule .
- Answer inbound calls and develop relationships with people until they are ready to sell.
- Have a friendly, listening ear that uncovers their story .
- Strive to reach and exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Enter notes in the CRM so that the team can access the status of the customer at any time.

Full training provided!

Minimum requirements:
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English (western accent)
- Fast learner, someone that will be able to learn our processes and implement them consistently
- Experience in sales or telemarketing is a must
- Good internet, headset and space to work from home
- REAL ESTATE experience is a BIG PLUS

Location: Remote working (private home office setup required with solid download and upload speed)
Working hours CST time: Mon – Fri (start times between 7:30am and 11:00am) Extra $ for weekend hours if desired (but not required).
Salary: $6 per hour ~plus bonuses!~ (bonuses can be several hundred dollars per month!)
