JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

We are looking for a long-term customer service representative to join our support team full time for our eCommerce brand. There will be a 1-week trial with training provided and a 3 months probation period. There is only written support that will be required, no voice/verbal support.

I have a small, motivated team so I need someone who is friendly and a team player.

We are looking to pay a monthly salary to the successful applicant.

Knowledge of Shopify/Zendesk is not a must, but it will be looked favourably upon.

Requirements:

- You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:
- Must be fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Experience being a Customer Service Support Representative
- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, be proactive, work independently, be reliable and
complete all set tasks
- Have attention to detail
- Must have previous experience with using Zendesk and Shopify
- Must have Microsoft Office e.g. word, excel etc
- Must have a stable and fast internet connection
- Flexibility to work extra hours at short notice if required
- Must be able to work weekends

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Responding to customer support emails using Zendesk within 24 hours without exception. (support emails can include responding to product & general questions, order status & shipping updates, tracking missing orders, order changes & cancellations, processing warranty requests etc.)
- Order processing & fulfilment
- Reporting & analysis
- Basic social media page management (creating social media content, scheduling posts, replying
to comments & private message inbox replies)
- Various data entry
- Basic research tasks

Previous experience with any of the above is preferred & will be looked favourably upon
