Project Manager

We are in need of a VA- Project Manager who will be assisting us in the daily operations of the company from 12:00 nn to 9:00 pm (Manila Time).

We are looking for applicants who have the right attitude, are highly motivated, are goal-oriented, and with the initiative to take responsibility to the next level, and loves to work in the comfort of his/her own home.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and compile company work process and documents
- Collects, organize, analyze data, and explore/suggest resolutions to various company issues/work process improvement
- Train employees to internal processes
- Work closely with the operation's team by sharing and creating ideas to improve general company processes
- Prepare company reports and analytics as needed
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO

Skills/Qualifications:
- MUST have experience working as VA
- MUST have experience in project management
- MUST have good English communication skills
- MUST be very organized and keen on details
-MUST have experience in Gantt chart
- Preferably with working knowledge in SEO, Web Development, and PPC
- Can work independently, with very little supervision
- Must be a resourceful, critical thinker, and good in decision-making skills
