Buying Facebook Account with document to verify

Hi, ---------- buying Facebook Accounts to use the ad platform on Facebook. I will not use your account for private purposes and only need the account to use it for Facebook Advertising.

I also need a document (government ID/Passport) to verify the accounts if needed.
