We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about our company and the clients we serve. The Client Success Specialist (Account Management) will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the resolutions which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
Ultimately, a successful Client Success Specialist should collaborate and develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities, in conjunction with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our services in the long-run.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Job Description / Tasks
Assist the main Account Manager and build long-term relationships with customers
Overseeing / managing the onboarding of new clients
Help customers through
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Identifying industry trends.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our resolutions & training according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Other ad hoc sales administration duties
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Requirements
Key job requirements:
Proven account management or other relevant experience for US Market
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
