We're looking for 1 x Full Time Virtual Assistant to join our existing team!

WHAT WE'RE ABOUT:
The Institute of Empowered Psychology is about Training, Certifying and Supporting Coaches to be their best so they can create $10k months.
We work with coaches who want to grow, impact and influence the world.,
The Institute operates in two ways, through its NLP, NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis Trainings and Certified courses and through The ACE club community.
We're looking for passionate, connected, driven Virtual Assistants to join our mission and support more coaches.
ROLE DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

1. Implementing digital marketing related tasks and projects (Building marketing funnels, integrations between systems, troubleshooting any technical issues) in collaboration with existing VA
2. Scheduling social media content (Facebook Posts, Instagram, etc) for IEP, ACE’s Club and personal
3. Optimizing Web and Landing Pages
4. Testing and scheduling email marketing campaigns
5. Crafting or designing digital collateral (Images for social, imagery for online courses, etc)
6. Managing online booking calendars & scheduling meetings
7. External communications (email in boxing, through social media groups and pages, intercom) on behalf of your client to their community, own clients, stakeholders etc. Onboarding processes for all areas
8. Accounts Receivables
9. Data entry and file management
10. CRM database management
11. Assisting at Trainings, Challenges and Bootcamps
12. PA Support

Passion, dedication, outside the box thinking, creativity, Effective communicator, can have fun, punctual, strong desire to learn and embrace the marketing automation strategies in the digital marketing space, fantastic listener, confident, committed to find/develop/execute best ideas and results, can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, not a complainer, hyper-focused on getting the details right, self-accountable, loves feedback and thrive on opportunity to improve work and make it best, not overly attached to ego, loves learning and mastering new systems and software to ensure you can complete projects and tasks in the most effective and efficient manner.

STARTING WAGE (WITH GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES):
$700 AUD/month = Approx. 26000 PHP
